7 PASSIVE INCOME IDEAS TO MAKE $1000/MONTH

 

In this blog, I'm gonna give you seven

passive income ideas that you can use

and get started with right away and each

one has actually targeted for you to

make a thousand dollars for each one of

these strategies are now them going

to be more passive than others but I

want to share everything these being

tried proven and tested I've done a lot

of these myself so I want to share this

and canva.com will allow you to create a

PDF document now you know everybody

comes to youtube because they've got

problems and they want to look for the

sa solution so what we want to do is find

out what people's problems are then we

want to create a solution almost like a

guide and then we want to sell that for

just ten dollars now if you can get you

know a hundred of these sales you only

need literally a hundred which is not

that many in a month and times ten then

you know make a thousand dollars so

that's one way you can start earning

passive income and again the goal of

this is to give you ideas and how to

create a thousand dollars for each one

of these seven passive income ideas

alright so I give another example of

this is y business partner he sometimes

gets gout and some and so you know if

you never had help before is extremely

painful and he leaves I went to Google

he typed in how to get of gout pain and

then he found this guide where you know

it would help you get rid of gout pain

and actually, I wasn't even ten dollars

ninety-seven dollars so if you had one

for just $97.00 then you'd only need ten

of those sales so that's the first thing.

 SECOND:

To create a thousand

dollars through passive income ideas are to do what we call a shout out model so

what is a shout out model so you've

probably seen a lot of people on the

internet gathering more followers and

they're building a brand and what people

want is they want to get access to those

eyeballs so if you want to make a

thousand dollars then you only need to

charge $50 per post which means you only

need to drink 20 posts every single

month for just $50 and you can make a

thousand dollars so it's and that's not

that hard literally if you can get up to

1,000 2,000 3,000 people who follow

you on social media and if you don't

have to do that I've got another blog

that teaches you how to get a lot more

followers and I put a place at the end

of this blog but that really talks

about you know when we build a following

people want to get access to those

eyeballs remember that they say that the

the person that eyeballs always wins do you

have a business right now you've got a

big audience people want to access the

audience and that's why people will pay

you $50 you know just to make a post

imagine right now you're already making

post on social media anyway like

wouldn't you rather just get paid to do

tthat'syou know one of the

strategies that you know a lot of people

start out with and you know some people

refer to this to influence a model but

really all you do when you're getting

paid for a shout-out you're gonna make a

post and then you're gonna put a post in

there and that's gonna tag that person

and they gonna pay you 50 dollars to do

that and you only need 20 of these

people right so if you do a lot of DMing

you find people you find people right

audience

that's pretty quiet that that's quite

achievable okay. 

 THIRD:

This is one I started with many years ago as

a lot of you mailmen on my story I

started in real estate so I started off

deal sourcing so I was really good at

going to estate agents I was really good

at signing investors I was really good

at finding people who wanted to sell

that property really fast so all I did

literally was I built a list of people

who wanted to sell the property and a

build a list of people who wanted to buy

a property and literally all I did was

the expedient these two together so the

the privilege of connecting these two people

I would take a $1,000 fee or a minimum

purchase price of 1% and normally the

properties will always be over a

thousand and so I would always be over a

hundred thousand so that's how I was

able to get you to now a thousand dollars

per sale so you know that's another

the thing to start with so again that's more

in that kind of a property sector for

those of you who are interested in

property investing you should check out

Mr. Vincent Wong, he's amazing he wrote

it in fact that book back there the

the range book he wrote a book called

property entrepreneur highly recommend

it for those who don't wanna start

property alright

 FOURTH:

 This is again something I started doing many

many years ago is to offer to coach right offer coaching so right now one of

the biggest growing industry is life

coaching so one of the things that you

could actually do you could actually

take your ideas what your experience and

you can literally charge people a

hundred all those possession you know the

sa session might last an hour to Alice

reals have a long it lasts but you only

need to get coach ten people and if you

can coach ten people at $100 each you

make an extra thousand dollars so and

this is you know a lot of people said

what you don't have to be an expert to

do that no you don't you just need to so

the whole idea of coaching and mentoring

is that you want to get down that road

and a mentor is just someone who's

further down that road then you all so

one of the things that we want to do we want

to get that person and then we want to

find the people who were struggling and

then we want to help those people so

when I first started many years ago a

la lot of people came to me for advice on

you know John how do I find my first

deal and you know you seem to be

negotiating big discounts of properties

how did you do it so I was coaching a

la ot of people on deal closing and

negotiating property deals when they

people when they're actually negotiating

purchase price the property and you know

I'm proud to say that a lot of my

students you've llearnedmissed up they're

getting a minimum of ten fifteen twenty

percent off the prices to have to do

that and that's why i got i got known as

the deal cis loser in the property so a lot of

people came to me with these deals that

John can you call this bleed up can you

negotiate it and then again I would

charge a fee but I mean that's an exam

that's another thing to give you by the

way and but my point here is that you

want to offer some form of coaching if

you teach a language dancing singing you

do personal training you do drawing

you you're an artist of some sort you're

a makeup artist you know you are author

speaker coach mentor you have some

level of expertise that you can actually

offer right so that number four is a

great way to start making just a thousand

dollars a day all right number five this

one I love the most because it's really

the fastest way for you to start making

passive income straightaway now you hear

a lot of people throw this word on

passive income but listen there it is

true you can do that but it takes time

to be able to set this up it doesn't

just happen overnight but the reason why

I'm telling you this like out of all

these seven strategies and giving me

right now number five it's probably the

the latest route to get there.

FIVE:

 what we call commission based

marketing so commission-based marketing

one of the biggest challenges that people

have is well John I don't have a product

I don't know what to do and I don't know

how to create this thing so commissionn

based marketing is you find somebody

who's already got a product or service

that they want to offer then what we do

dare we say look I'm going to promote this

for you and

I'm going to sell it and then when I

sell it I want to take 50% or a

percentage No

so you can do this right now you

literally don't have to and this is why

I say it's the fastest to start so for

eFor example we have a software platform we

have a lot of our students say oh my god

you know it's not right for me but I

know a lot of people who really benefit

from using that so what happens they

refer our software and they then people

subscribe to the software and then

people and once that person who they've

referred when they purchase the software

they then get we then pay them a monthly

subscription which is about 20% and our

software is actually $97 a month and

when they're referred we actually pay

them 19 dollars and 40 cents every

single month so I know it's not 50% but

you know there are lots of products out

there if it's something a

service-based normally it's a lower fee

and if also if it's recurring it's also

lower but if it's a one-time fee let's

say I know you sell an iPhone and you

take you to know two-three hundred bucks

after that or you sell a digital product

online course whatever it is you can

actually, find out that these and

one-time fees you would be able to take

- because there are no fulfillment costs

right so with software obviously there

is because you've got the maintenance

you've got the ongoing costs and so on

and so forth so that's why you know

depending on what product of selling

Commission based marketing is one of the

best right so that is number five and by

the way a lot of you.

SIX:

 This one is probably one of the best 

that I know is to provide a service for

a flat fee so let us say for example

right now a lot of people come to me and

they say John you know you've got over

five million people that follow you

across all these different social media

platforms can you help me build my brand

right can you help me get more followers

can you help me get more recognition and

you know this is something we use two

off I don't want any marks I'm just too

busy and but one of the things that you

use like one of the things you could do

you could do service and provide a

the lat fee every single month to do that

and I can tell you right now one of the

biggest opportunities are actually

creating your own social media agency

where you help other business

create a social media presence obviously

you need to learn how to do that first

and maybe again. some of

social media stuff so you can get

yourself educated and then you can go on

to help more businesses out there

alright so they will pay you a minimum

of $1,000 to $2,000 a month just to

manage their social media and it doesn't

have to be so mean it could be anything

yDo you know any service-based business

anything that provides a service maybe

it could be I don't know you're a

language teacher, you are a Pilates

the teacher you know provide sales

the raining you do parenting

courses whatever it is like you want to

provide some kind of service and get

paid a flat fee to have to do that again

let's say you had you know ten different

sort of five different services you

could offer and you just charge two

hundred dollars a month

that's an extra five that's an extra

thousand dollars every month to be able

to do that okay and the seven now this

is the big one this one is the one that

I person to myself and it's the one that

actually makes the most passive income

now I'm gonna tell you this in a second

but again  I'm providing a

la ot of content a lot of big strategies

to help you succeed in business

entrepreneurship and also to make

multiple streams of income so I'll do

that right now alright.

 SEVEN:

 what I call and do it done for them

service with a revenue share right so

you do it for them but you take a

revenue share so let's say for example

right now if I give the example I could

do something for you

let's say someone said to me John I want

to start an online business okay so I get

my team to set up the online business

for them and then whatever that online

ba business that makes I then take aana

revenue share so that's one way I could

do it the other way I can do it I could

do consult with a revenue share so

this is what I'm currently doing right

now I work with a lot of businesses all

around the world and that's one of the

reasons why I run a boot camp so I've got

a three-day boot camp that I run a lot

of people join that boot camp and then

that's where I filter a lot of

businesses that I'm interested in

then become can guess an advisor to the

company with a revenue share so there's

someone I tell you really really good

strategy to use because it doesn't cost

any money to get started you literally

educate yourself you put your knowledge

in here and then you start monetizing it

again if you're looking for which one of

these 7 to start and I would 

highly recommend a commission-based marketing one first and then I would do

the revenue share because it doesn't

cost it just cost you a bit of time

right either you're spending time being you spending money so these are two

things so these are the seven passive

income ideas again some are more passive

than others but remember when you create

passive income you got to put the time

to learn before your earn so I really
